No. 1 Baliya Union Health and Family Welfare Center 2 Organization Name: No. 1 Baliya Health and Family Welfare Center. 2 Establishment: 1 AD. 2 Brief History: - Considering the importance of the Health and Family Welfare Center, the then Hon'ble Chairman of the Union, Razakul Haider Khan, on the last 25-6-6 years, with the consent of the members of the Council, with the consent of the members of the Council, owns a total of 5 (forty-five percent) land.
